This is a bilingual pocket dictionary (Italian-German and German-Italian) by Gustavo Sacerdote, published by Langenscheidt. It was “edizione interamente rifatta” (completely revised) in 1962, consolidating updated vocabulary and usage of that period.  The work is in two parts: Italiano-Tedesco and Tedesco-Italiano.  It has substantial size for a pocket dictionary: the Italian-German part alone has 646 pages, indicazione che copre un numero significativo di lemmi. It has been held in multiple libraries and thought of as a standard resource per studenti, viaggiatori, commercianti, etc.
