Plant Description
Hesperaloe parviflora is a stemless perennial forming graceful clumps of arching, grass-like leaves with fibrous edges and subtle reddish tints. From the center rise tall, slender flower stalks up to 1.5–2 meters, adorned with tubular red to coral-pink flowers beloved by hummingbirds. Resembling a softer yucca, this drought-tolerant native of Texas and northeastern Mexico is prized for its textural contrast, long blooming period, and xeric adaptability.
